Pinochle: support

Help for the Pinochle iPhone and iPad app and the Pinochle website.

Something wrong, confusing, or a wish? Write to us, or send a note from the game. It goes straight to the people who make it.

Get help

Email support@oclgames.com. It helps us to know:

Send feedback from the game

Choose the kind of note, write what happened, and add your email if you would like a reply. The email is optional.

Report a player or a message

The menu for a message also has Mute, which hides that player’s chat from you, and Block, so you don’t see each other’s chat and public tables don’t seat you together.

We read reports within a day and act on them, as the Terms of Use say. That can mean removing a message or a player.

Delete your information

It takes effect at once. What it removes, and what it leaves, is listed under Deleting your information in the Privacy Policy. For anything it doesn’t cover, such as a saved game that involves you, email us with the table code if you have it.

Friends and tables

How does a table code or link work?

Press Play with Friends and you get a table with a code, a link, and a QR code to invite people. To join, ask the host for any of them. In the app, press Join on Home and type the Table Code, or open the link. On the website, type the code under Join a Table (it asks for the Room Code), or open the link.

Is my table private?

A table you open with a code is private: strangers cannot find it, and it is not listed anywhere, unless its host makes it public. People reach it by its code or link, and friends you have added can see which table you are at and join it, as the privacy policy describes.

What is Play with Anyone?

Play with Anyone seats you at a public table with people you may not know. Press Quick Play and, if nobody else comes, computers take the empty seats after about 30 seconds. Other players see only the name and avatar you chose, your play, and your chat. Public tables are for adults. Anyone can mute, block, or report a player.
